I only came across this thread today

I want to display 3 temps in my skin, and also monitor the voltage of 2 batteries

I had a look for Kit145 on the link Guino posted but could not find it

Did this get off the ground

I have built serial voltmeter and it works fine. I`m planing to build temp reader too.
How can I display just measured value, without "V"? Same question for temperature.

The "V" is displayed to ensure the result is in VOLTS. Similarly, the temperature will include a "C" or "F" indicating the scale used. There's no label in RR to display just the number only (not right now at least), but we can add support for it.

It would be useful to leave the skin designer more freedom allowing that option. It is really not problem to add V manually if one wants to use same font, size and color for both numbers and scale. So, if you decide to add that support I`ll be glad. Thanks.

Guino, could you add C if it is easier to do than left out C and V completely?

As it seams to be a problem to took out the C and V from the code or at least and add before C or F I did one dirty trick. I limit the number of characters to be show for the temp reading so C is hidden. After numbers I added C so it looks right now.

I just put a sensor in ice and discovered my trick don`t work for temperatures lover than 10C as everything shifts left and expose original C that I thought I hide
