This should only happen when going into the video_browser or Mixer screens. Going into any other screen from the video player should return RR into audio mode. I'll try it though..

There is another tread about this but no answer what I can see.
GPS software for my carputer (Europe/Norway)
    Any idea?

By the way it's Via Michelin Map Sonic
That is mostly weird, there's no code in RR whatsoever to change the balance of the wave line (only master). That is not to say that the code that allows RR to execute an application has nothing to do with the mixer. Have you tried a different skin ? If that makes no difference, I can only assume that something in your mapping software is actually messing with the mixer. Maybe it's got like MONO voice prompts and it is preparing itself in case it needs to play them or something.. I'm pretty sure that's not a bug in RR..

    Hi Guino,

i have installed the new binary 03/02 (sure, install ok ) but one problem:

All number displayed (es. volume xx% or temp. etc...) is displayed not good,
the figures have overlapped and impossible to distinguish her.
This happens ONLY in my CarPc, not in my Home PC.

    Exsample this:
    Wath is it???

In the old version this thing didn't happen...

You question in the site: Fixed (?) Dual font problem?
    Second me no

Are you sure you've got 3-2 ? 2-27 is the one that was doing that.. please check the rr.exe file's modified date/time.

It's not a bug in RR, it's a well known bug of MapSonic. The balance can be easily corrected moving up and down the wave mixer slider (it returns to center doing this). If this could be handled at MapSonic startup, the problem is solved.

if you tell me the name of the mapsonic EXE file you use to run it, I can add something for that in RR.

That makes perfect sense.. the question is what exactly that you're pressing that is making that happen ???? RR buffers all input for later processing IF you're trying to press something while it is still processing your last command. So if you were to press video, then NOT wait for it to finishing load/resume the video and start pressing a bunch of stuff, it is very likely that what you're saying is going to happen.
