    i didnt know people still have 120MB Hard Drives anymore Clarre.... i just noticed your carpc specs on your signature at the bottom

    guino...i wish there was like 1 or 2 dedicated brushed metal RR skinners out there that can make new screens and more buttons... cause it would just be more professional that way. I dont use a keyboard, so im trying to get everything touchscreen based. Also, is your search function go thru all the files in your mp3 folders? (Like Frodo's search function)... that would be the ultimate, and i wasnt sure if thats what you put in place cause i have no way of testing it yet without skins to support it.

    @clarre

    tvpresets=C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe

    The line above tells me that you're setting the IE path in the wrong place(in the TV settins).. it has NOTHING to do with TV man.. you've already disabled the TV by changing it's button on the skin.. all you have to do is add those two lines to your RR.INI (this can also be done in RRConfig at the GENERAL SETTINGS panel:

    browsertype=1
    browserpath=C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe
    Ride Runner RR's Myspace

    Guino,

    I got it to embed IE but I get the IE bar+IE buttons+IE Menubar... I have been able to remove all of these except for the menu line (File Edit View Favorites)... Is there a way of doing this?

    Is there a way of having RR show only the page (no Explorer buttons - we already have everything we need in RR buttons)? It might also be useful to hide the side scrollbar... It takes up a bit of the real estate and doesnt really add much...

    Are you going to skin the favorites part and integrate it or leave it as is? At the moment it doesnt really blnd to the skin, and isnt very touch friendly... It also doesnt allow you to remove favorites easily (must right-click)....

    I'll post other things I think about...

    I've started work on MapPoint support due to a generous donation towards that. I will probably not make any major updates until I'm done with that.
    You mentioned the magic words. Any ETA on support? Must download now...

    Then you probably did not select I.E on RRConfig (if you used it) or you typed this line incorrect in RR.INI:

    browsertype=1
    Ride Runner RR's Myspace

    I have this two lines in RR.ini
    browsertype=1
    browserpath=C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe

    and I don't know how to set I.E in RR config (under the general settings? but where?) It's strange for when I type an url there open a vindow with the same size as RR.
