Many of screens for this destination entry are messed up. Text boxes don't appear until I pass my mouse over the box location. I'll try to send screenshots this evening.

I'm seeing this throughout RR with this release. A good repro for me is:
Main Menu
Hit Exit
Move over the Cancel button such that you're above the GPS button.
Hit Cancel
Result: Only the GPS button gets redrawn. The rest of the screen is now a mix of the two skins.

Trying to work out what's causing this now. I managed to cause this with one of my changes when I was trying to minimize the painting (before I understood how VB had forced the validate/invalidate/wm_paint pattern I was seeing in the code!).

I've fixed this too.. it's because of the parenting of menus I've added lately.. I had to make sure only one window is activated at any time in RR.. all well-built software is like this.

Yeah, I changed:

If Parent Is Nothing Then Me.Show Else Me.Show 0, Parent

back to what was there in the 3/19 drop:

Me.Show

and it fixed it for me. I've currently no idea why but I'm beginning to get used to that with VB

yeah, the parenting of menus is important to keep the current form active when a user/application tries to perform actions to the parent form and the child is the active one.. you probably knew that..

Is there a way to configure VB/rr.exe to give me line numbers for failure dialogs? Since I can't easily debug my car PC right now, if I could just get a line number I could find out which code is failing when my GPS doesn't have a lock.

vb doesn't support that.. you'd have to create error traps where you "guess" the problem is to figure it out.. the only way to find where the error is exactly is running it in VB without the on error statements.. what kind of problem do you have ?

Could I ask for a further addition to the label sdk? Is it possible to add a function to be able to hide labels from within the SDK?

The invalid argument error and subsequent RR exit when (as far as I can tell) the GPS has no lock.
