Those of you with the latest version of RR running XM and a remote, is it possible to key in the channel number using the remote control number keypad in order to jump to a station? For example, goto channel 20, punch in "2" & "0" & maybe "enter" on the remote and RR jumps to that channel in the list. I'm currently an ME user, but am looking to switch over to RR if XM can is easy to use with a remote (ATI Remote Wonder). Thanks.
It's not possible to enter the channel number directly but it's something I can easily add.. the only problem I see with it is that you'll basically use 10 buttons of your remote for 1 single Function, limiting a lot the functionallity of it. I intend to improve the remote control support fairly soon so the same keys can operate in different ways from the remote. Right now you can control XM using the remote just like in the audio player, that is, scroll up/down to the song and hit play to change the channel. But with the Favorites list feature, it's easy to make a selection of your favorite channels and thus scroll only through those (which saves you a lot of time). I for instance, have about 12 channels that I actually listen to, so I can view them all at once and if a song I like start playing, I just select the channel and hit play (or double click on it)..
