When a call is incoming, would be better if RR may autoswitch on a mixer preset eg. preset4 (with less bass frequency), and at the end of the call it may return on the previous preset. This can help in audio-loop prevention...
Would be great to have a mic control also in the mixer, or in the phoco skin.

i'm working on a imroved phoco part with sms stuff in it.
also i'll do some other improvements:
- adjust the volume of the mic/speaker in a call
- "magic word sms"?? - send remote commands to your pc by sms (f.e. add a new waypoint to your navi...)
- start-up shut-down of phoco
-....
so if you have any suggestions, don't hasitate to write them down.
but it could take a while to finish this because i had a lot of work at present.

yeah if the volume could go up by itself to match the audio loudness for the call that woudl be great cuz right now u have to turn up the volume for the call adn then turn it back down after.
if that was auto it would be sweet!

Nice idea to integrate navigation via sms. In our company we use Wayfinder. Not sure if you know. Itīs an navi-app for your phone. It gives you the possibility to send your route or position via sms. Maybe you could make it compatible. So wayfinder users could send routes to carpc-users or vice versa. Could try to get the sms format.

I can easily add a mixer preset when the call comes in and when a call is hung up. The questions is if this would do what you want independent of where you are -- Music/Video/FM/XM/TV typically have "different" volumes.. if you are talking about doing this WHILE still pausing the players/music etc, then it means you just want to "pump up" the phone's volume -- in which case, sounds like a very good idea.
I think you can assign a mixer preset default to every function. Eg. Preset 1 for Mp3 & CD, Preset2 for DivX & DVD, Preset3 for Radio FM & XM and Preset4 for PhoneControl.
The best probably may be to give to the user the opportunity to choose the default preset to use in every function (using RRConfig).
Presets for video/mp3/dvd/tv etc can be done as you wish by adding the load preset command onto the Audio/video/dvd/tv command used in RR. You can also add commands to load presets when exiting the screens as needed.. it's just a little harder to detect when a call comes in and when a call ends ..
Ok, this means that i have to work a bit with the ExecTBL.ini. Question : Can i add the mixer preset load command directly on the button of the skin?
You can add a preset loading anywhere.. that is on a button of any screen.. it can be done by itself or doing other stuff at the same time..
examples:
Exit screen and load ROCK preset: "PRESET;ROCK||EXIT"
Enter Video player and load VIDEO preset: "PRESET;VIDEO||VIDEO"
Simply load a LOW preset: "PRESET;LOW"
