Phoco gives port error when no Phone present...

Anyone else get this annoying error everytime you get in the car without a phone or when your phone's BT is off? How can I prevent it from coming up?

    THanks!

I posted a question about "silent mode" to Zorro, he made some updates that I downloaded and it helped (me) a lot. I'd download the latest version and try again.

    ok thanks

I don't want to lose all my settings though took me a long time to get this to work haha. I guess I'll back them up just in case it replaces them.

thanks! That worked. But now I have two more phoco in rr problems and one phoco problem:

When a call comes in, RR does not detect this anymore-I have no clue why. I hear the pc noise for the incoming call and the little popup comes up on the taskbar, and it works fine in phoco itself, but in RR I don't get the "blah blah is calling" anymore and no popup to accept the call.

Some names in my phonebook bring up the number select screen while others do not. Even names which have multiple numbers. HOME for instance has 3 numbers but always calls the same one and it's not even the default HOME number. I'm not sure why it does this.

Lately, I have also been getting a lot of static and I can't hear the other person at all, it's just LOUD static. Not sure what's up with that, but I'll look into it.

Any ideas people? THANKS A LOT! I'm debating right now whether or not I should even use my carpc for phone calls anymore...hopefully i can get this stuff working consistantly.

sounds like your phoco is not the latest one OR is not setup for remote connection (which is default).. I'd check your phoco path and make sure its right, you can also run phoco then RR (while phoco is opened) to see how that works.. Do you even get to see the signal/battery statuses on the skin ?

Your sound issue is certainly a wiring/hardware issue, the most you can do is check the mixer settings to see if it's nothing dumb..
