Arrow RR 06-21-05 ... Improvements and Fixes..

    On this release of RR:

-Added Local DB Support to CDRip (Windows FreeDB format)
-Added skin commands: "PREV2" and "SEEK"
    -Added "ONSUSPEND" and "ONRESUME" events
    -Added commands to open/close Winamp
-Added commands to Detatch/Embed Map Monkey (split GPS screen support)
    -Improved Phoco integration (various fixes)
-Improved RR's Menus to allow calling of any menu from any menu
-Fixed issue with using PAUSE/RESUME commands on XM with Line in plugin
-Fixed Custom Label variables in Flash
-Fixed bug with Winamp Library if winamp not in default path
-Fixed bug with SDK taking focus away from FreeDrive
-Fixed bug with Web Browser not embedding propperly on first run
-Improved Internal Interfacing of CDRip plugin
-Updated Brush skin files for CDRip
-Added Phidgets 8/8/8 Temperature Reading support (Tested and PATCHED)

    Notes:

-Local CDDB MUST be the uncompressed windows format. If you wish to compress it you can create a compressed NTFS virtual disk using FileDisk or use DriveSpace (Win9x/Me) -- You'll reduce the size about 600Mb.. No, I can't make it work out of the RAR package, also making it work with a Zip package would require you to re-compress it and also would make it quite a bit slower.

-"ONSUSPEND", "ONRESUME" commands are optional and can be set on ExecTBL.ini

-I made a "virtual" command on ExecTBL.INI simplify the setup of the CDRIP plugin. Just set the path for it in ExecTBL.INI and you're done.

-Haven't tested the phidgets interface, but I just "copied" code I've seen posted. You can use "c2f", "f2c" and "" as format to display the values in C, F and raw value respectively.

Look at skin commands.txt for other commands/changes.
    Thanks for your support,
    Guino.

HEHE, I beleive as of yesterday morning you were experimenting with CDDB Local. Then, all of sudden, you're like bam new RR release with tens of thousands of updates - damn you work quickly. Exciting changes! Especially 1st try web browser embedding.
Its not the cards you're dealt, its how you play the hand!

    -Download: ftp://ftp.wu-wien.ac.at/pub/info/fre...n-20050104.rar
-Unpack it anywhere in your HD
    -Open CDRip.ini
-Set: localdbpath=<PATH WHERE YOU UNPACKED THE CDDB>
    -Save

    That's it...

Web Browser still not embedding propperly on first run.

Anyone else having the same problem of the Web Browser still not embedding propperly on first run.?
updated Road Runner using Road Runner Updater and also tried downloaded the updated skins but does not help.

It does embed corectly but then it "pops out in front" the fist time. after the first time it is perfect.

No big deal just thought if anyone else has this problem still.

Thanks Guino for all your hard work with this Great Frontend.......
