try it without any "
I'm using Zoom Player as my external DVD player but I need to add "/PLAY /F" to the command line. I tried this in Road Runner and got a weird error.
Here's what I did. If I tried Zoom Player like this without the command line, it worked fine.
dvdpath=C:\Program Files\Zoom Player\zplayer.exe
Then after I added the command line to it like this.
dvdpath=C:\Program Files\Zoom Player\zplayer.exe" "/PLAY" "/F
Zoom Player started but I got this error. "Access violation at address 00000000. Read of address 00000000"
Took off the command line and it worked again. Anyone know why?

Yeah I tried that. It didn't work. In RR, for command line to work, you have to use " " I think. I read that in the External GPS FAQ. Same concept.
It sounds like your "zoom player" has some sort of bug, or may be it just doesn't like to be embbeded... the " " should work fine for parameters, but the propper way to do it is:
dvdpath=C:\Program Files\Zoom Player\zplayer.exe|/PLAY|/F

Thanks, guino. I figured it out. I changed the dvdname to Zoom_Player (from "Zoom Player") and it works fine now.
