single button toggling two (or more) functions

Is there a way to toggle two functions on a single button? The specific application is for setting mixer presets: one button (on my MENU or GPS screen) which toggles between two presets when pressed.
    Thanks!

No, unless you intend to load those presets on different functions like XM/RADIO/MP3 (in which case you could load them automatically)..

I have thought about adding support for toggleling commands on buttons and do intend to add it at some point... right now the best thing you can do is make a small menu to popup and show you two preset buttons....

OK, thanks. I'll sit tight and wait for this sometime in the future. Keep up the awesome work!

    rjoek,

I have some toggling buttons in a skin that Iím working on. I did it in flash. They were very easy to make Iím very happy with the results. The only down side is that you can't have them on multiple screens because they could become out of "sync", unless you can communicate between flash movies or receive the preset state from RR somehow.

It should be possible to set and poll the various states of flash movies/buttons/objects/etc by using the custom indicators feature.. You'd set the state of a custom indicator (no need to display it), then you should be able to monitor the state of the indicator using a timer from flash ... this is much like polling labels from RR, just that you get the true/false state of indicators.. this was meant for outside applications but can also be used from Flash..
