Trying to change what voice says...

Ok..I am using the BMV2 skin and am trying to change what the voice says when you touch a button. Like when I push GPS, instead of it saying "GPS", having it say "Street Atlas" or whatever.
I went into the skin menu and changed the command from "GPS", to "STREET ATLAS", and now when I push the GPS button, it does indeed say "STREET ATLAS", but the command is now wrong so it does not launch it! Evidently there is something else I need to change. I tried changing the commands in the skin commands file and nothing. What am I missing ?? This is all VERY new to me, and I am learning as I go. Thanks guys!!

Put it back to GPS on the .skin filr, then open ExecTBL.INI and add:

"GPS","LOAD;EXTERNAL_GPS.SKIN;STREET ATLAS;<PATH TO STREET ATLAS>;<WINDOW TITLE TO EMBED>"

The Path and Window Title are the same as you'd have in RRConfig... Once you do this, the settings for External GPS in RRConfig will be useless..

Seriously, I could have answered you question too. In fact, I can answer quite a few of these questions. The only problem is, everytime I read a question, Guino has already answered it.
