MM Commands for displaying data from MM in RR

    Hi!

Where could i find some information about Map Monkey request dinamic? In the skin commands.txt i read:

"MM" - Map Monkey request dynamic command. You can execute any Map Monkey function by providing the request command -- See Map Monkey's SDK Manual for list of commands.

Example: "MM;View_3D" (Switches the view mode to 3D)
Extra info that is not within Map Monkey's D3Request list:
ETA, ETR, CITY, STREET, ZIP, SATELLITECOUNT

    but it doesnt work!

guino, could you pass me an example about requesting the speed from MM, please!

    Thanx!

The Brushed skins on my site use this features and it has always worked. You probably haven't read the GPS FAQ, read it and you'll know how to enable MM's info/commands to RR.

    tHANKS guino!

The port i used was wrong, now it works perfectly.

Now, i need the full MM command list, i need:

    - speed
    - altitude

Only another question, could it be possible make some aritmetic operations (add, multiply...) with the results of the speed (in order to know the medium speed, the max speed)

Yet im a newbie in RR...

    Thanx again!

sorry, you'll only be able to do thatby making a separate application that reads MM's info and provides it to RR or whatever app you want to use. The list of MM Commands can be found in the help files provided with MM.

I was working at this computer with map monkey 1.1 instead of 1.3...now i have it!

Im planning making a new screen wich will contain:

    - Max Speed.
    - Average Speed
    - Num. Satellites
    - high
    - multimedia controls
    - Next instruction from MM
    - ETR
    - ETA
    - Current song playing
    - Next song

It will be based on the great mmi skin

    Soon the results...

    Thanks!
