You know, I've been on here since April 2004, I'm not some ****in' noob, so a simple link to the the other thread would suffice. Not all of us have time to read through every thread. I remember a year ago people on here were a lot less cocky and more helpful. My how things have changed. Also I didn't know that particular thread was a release thread, I'm used to seeing the word Release, and it's usually stickied as well. So it's not like I was missing the obvious.

Chill man, I'm messing wit ya.

OH and FYI, Guino always start his releases with RR <date> and then one highlight. The other changes/additions are then bullet pointed.

Half the fun is actually spotting these.

Cool, I didn't know this, I'm just recently switching over from MediaEngine and was not aware of how the revisions were posted for RR. I think I'll just add the above link to my favorites and watch it now.

I wasnt meaning to be cocky, it is just that your "I couldnt give a **** about sirius" comment kind of rubbed me the wrong way... I dont care for sirius or XM (its not even ever going to be possible for me to use due to geographic location), but I looked...

I didnt want to come off s cocky but your wording was what ticked off my agressive reply but anyways F-it ...

Don't favorite the above thread though, just keep a fav of the forum if you wish, cause guino posts a new thread at each release. Alternatively you can monitor Guino's website as the latest release and functions are always on that too.

    Good luck!

If you used firefox then you could have never even touched those settings your smarty!

Thats why I said "unless you already use explorer".. but anyways, maybe there is some major work to support proxies, depending on how RR is connecting to the weather channel feed... Is it something you would use in your car or mainly for testing? it might be too much code (assuming they use a proprietary connection module to pull weather which doesnt natively support a proxy) and might not be useful for real-world usage... just a though tho...

Actually, if he does favourite that search (and as long as guino keeps to the format that he has done) that search should show up any new 'release' threads

I thought he was gonna favorite the release thread... my bad, didnt realize it was a search link... also be sure to fav the search link itself not the result set link (the one that has something like keywords=RR+xxxxxx not the one that says search_id=33445)
