No, but what is the problem you are having with winspector, when You highlight the whole window, does it highlight a selection in the winspector window? And make sure you are selecting properties and not Process properties. How about the class, can you locate that? If so, you can imbed with the class by using "!" in front of the class title. Also, did you try PCAnywhere as the windows name?
Its not the cards you're dealt, its how you play the hand!

Winspector wont even give me a window name. I click properties and there's a class but its just a bunch of random characters that total out to be 64 characters long. Needless to say it doesnt work as a class name with RR.

Run it, write down the class name. Run it again, write down the second class name. If any PART of the two class names matches, you can still use it. If they'e completely random as you say, you won't be able to embed it, but you won't prevent you from running it using the RUN commands.

PS: you may also consider alternatives to PCAnywhere, such as VNC which is 100% free (or even windows's remote desktop).
