I do not have problems for the "Welcome Message" (SAY;Welcome in RoadRunner! in RRConfig), but the "Exit Message" don't work ("Exit||SAY,Goodbye Frank" in the exit_menu.skin).

Let me take a guess.... You're trying to make RR speak text AFTER it's closed... does that make sense to you ? Even if you change the order to "SAY;<TEXT>||EXIT" it is likely that RR will close in the middle of the text (stopping it). I can easily add code to wait for any text being spoken and then proceed with closing RR.
