Im trying to implement this feature but im not sure how it works.
I looked in the ExecTBL.ini file and it says this

/, PLAY, PAUSE and STOP can be used instead of skin
/, file name so it executes commands based on MP3 or
/, Video playback status.

but im still not sure how i make it happen.

what im trying to do, so others understand.
On the main menu i have play controls at the bottom.
I also have another main menu skin file with no play buttons
I want RR to change which main menu skin file is used based on if music is playing or not.

Sorry if I have missed it, but do I have the option to run commands (i.e. open/close programs, etc.) on hibernate/standby/shutdown? There was talk of this a while ago, and I haven't caught it in any of the updates.

Also, how do i use extended commands (I don't know what they are called) when launching an app? Is this possible?

I wanna launch directly into a netstumbler file. I was thinking something like:

is it just me or did RR just get alot slower?? the screen parts now load separately...first i see the playlist, then the controls and then the rest shows...feels like the whole system just got alot slower?

This should be something like:

"MAIN","LOAD;MENU1.SKIN",PLAY
"MAIN","LOAD;MENU2.SKIN",STOP

Then just make sure your skins call the "MAIN" command whenever they are supposed to call the main menu. You CAN make a chain of commands based on skin name for the EXIT command but it only makes it more complicated.

Read about the RUN|W|Q|WQ command in skin commands.txt, once you know the command you need, open ExecTBL.ini and add it between the quotes of the onresume line:

"ONRESUME","RUN;..."

I second the video shuffle, I'll donate 5 bucks if this gets implemented! Not to sound like a bribe, but you get what you pay for. Other than that, great job!

Yeah, like I said in another thread, video playlist and video album art, video shuffle support would be great. These are useful for music videos.
