Iguidance Double instances in RR

Does anyone have a problem of when using road runner and while an instance of Iguidance is loaded when you hit the GPS button, you decide to go back to the main screen and hten hit the GPS button again and another instance of Iguidance loads again? Is there a solution to have only one application loaded?

I've also recently installed skinbedder(love it) but now also have multiple instances of skinbedder as well. Any inputs?

what skin are you using and what is the code that the button that goes to gps is using?

RR checks if an application is already running before trying to (re)start it... if this is happening is because you have the WRONG WINDOW NAME to embed -- and so, you probably don't have the application embbeded propperly either. There's a FAQ on embbeding applications that you should look at.

I had the same problem with ms Streets. And I had the CORRECT WINDOW name programmed. Once I updated to a newer version of rr, things worked fine.

what is the correct window name for ms streets? I was under the impression that the window name changes.

Thanks for the tip, I was reading up on the embedding facts and now i'll know what to do, thanks!
