    itunes is even more overbloated than WMP though Senior Tech Blogger (Want a product reviewed? Contact me.)

    if you dont have an ipod, itunes is 100% pure crap, esp on the pc. I wouldnt want to have to wait till slow *** itunes loaded in my car either. Coverflow is nice though.

    * Full unicode support.
    * Advanced tagging capabilities.
    * Support for transcoding all supported audio formats using the Converter component (requires external commandline encoder executables for different output formats).
    * ReplayGain support - both playback and calculation.
    * Customizable keyboard shortcuts.
    * Open component architecture allowing third-party developers to extend functionality of the player.

    I have an epia 10k with 512 ram, more than a few albums on my playlist and the comp grinds to a halt with winamp. foobar can run my entire collection (120 gigs of mp3s) without a problem.
    I also vote Foobar2000. There are quite a few people in the software tuning thread that would like to see foobar in a frontend, too!

    I have not had problems with winamp 2.95 but would like to see a nice search feature.... winamp has the jump feature but not integrated into rr.

    It would be nice to allow me to load all my music and search. For instance if im searching for Red hot chilli peppers - Snow as soon as i type "sn" all songs with sn show up..... u guys get it right....

    other than that love rr

    See DJiK's Jump-to-File External Control Plugin, v0.99b [BETA] , which has been integrated into the DigitalFX skin and can be used with launch in other skins.
