guys a quick question:
I bought a cinergy 600tv
is it true you have to hook the card up with an audio input to get sound??
cant i just connect the antenna and go????
correct. the tv output goes to your audio input. (line in)
damn, cant the sound just go thrue the card and to the speakers?
im using the three ports on my via to my front, rear and subspeaker...
or can i make a plug to connect the tvout to the mainbord cd-in or something?
okey, with some creative wireing i connected my sound out to my cd-in on my mainboard and it works. now the only problem is that no skin will display the rds.... the cinergy program does display the rds (seems a bit odd btw, you can actually read it after 2 mins because it only sees letters in the beginning) anone got an idea?
i did read the FAQ and register.bat doesnt help, ive got the latest version of rr and all the files are in the correct directory (otherwise it wouldnt work at all now would it)

does it only show rds when you have a super-strong signal or does rds show whenever you can receive a relatively good signal (lets call it listenable)
im glad i figured the soundconnection out to... i just bought a sub and with that all my plugs are full... finaly a nice radiocard and then this... i stressed out a bit... tnx for the help!
if the signal is strong enough to show on the cinergy program, it is strong enough to show in RR. Weak signal can/will prevent RDS text from displaying properly..
