those codes i believe are valid, i dont get any caller id info either (i think it shows the number, not name) and the ring tone thing dosent work for me either.
A few questions about phonecontrol and RR. I have v1.5 registered on phonecontrol. I'm having problems with my call-in skin for phoco and RR. The call-in skin becomes active on incoming but there is no info as to whom? Also I've path in the RR.ini file the ring tone wav file but that doesn't work either??
Are these command codes valid and if so/not where are they documented and what else is available?
Command;COMMANDCODES,
"ACCEPT_CALL_PHOCO",""
"IGNORE_CALL_PHOCO",""
"HANGUP_CALL_PHOCO",""
also these valid?
Code;LABELCODES,
"CALL_NAME_PHOCO",""
"CALL_NUMBER_PHOCO",""
"CALLSTATE_PHOCO",""
I've been reading the forums here for a week and went back a year but haven't found anything to solve it.![]()
Thanks in advance!

Thanks for the reply.
I don't even get the phone number? Just blank after the labelcode entry?
check the internal phonelist (within phonecontrol) to see if it has any numbers stored. I get to see the name in RR of people who call me and who are on my list.
It works when Phonecontrol is running as a stand-alone app., the phoco log file has no error entries and the phonebook has entries (phonecontrol's directory).
The log file in phonecontrol though shows errors in the Savephonebook entry (invalid XML document), and this only happens/entry when phoco is running under RR.
There are features available in the PhoCo remote interface that are not implemented in the RR-PhoCo code written by Hematec. One of these is manually dialing digits after you call someone, such as for voicemail menu navigation.
I exchanged emails with Hematec a few weeks ago about this and he was going to look into it, but I've heard nothing since. You might try sending him an email about this issue since I don't think he visits the forums regularly.

Okay I've checked my settings a few times and I can't seem to find the problem for Incoming calls while in RR, also no headphone icon or operator icon.
When I use Phoco as a standalone app., I can hear speech, see the incoming number and names. all this is running under a single bluetooth connection and I have audio gateway auto enabled. I can talk and listen through the PC and disconnect via headphone icon. Dial out, etc.
I found a lot of options for phoco in the skin command txt file and double checked them in my skins. The RR.ini file has only these options:
phocopath=C:\Program Files\PhoneControl.NET\PhoneCtl.NET.exe
phoconodesign=true
addressfile=C:\Program Files\PhoneControl.NET\
callsfile=C:\Program Files\PhoneControl.NET\
ringtone=Click here to set path <---- set this to none as I want speech...
standardphonebook=1
I see my missed calls, received calls, phonebook, not my sim but thats a motorola setup problem in phoco. When an incoming call is active from the main menu skin the "IncomingCall" skin pops up but there is no way to accept it and no info in the window, just the hangup option is active??
Okay, after a few days, here's what I've find out with a little more help.
If you don't see the "incoming" data then it could be one or all of the following:
1.. Check you sim card for valid entries/contacts.. Mine didn't have any
2.. Check your phoco settings
check the UseCLIP mine needed to be False (thanks Zoran!)... and maybe need to set UseCLCC to True, mine didn't need the later..
Now, is the headset for phoco a valid option in the skin commands??
I have phoco setup for audio bridge with this command <UseBTManager device="Motorola Phone" controlHeadset="True" disconnectAfterCall="True" mode="OnCall">True</UseBTManager> (many thanks to m-ruiter for this post!)
Now with phoco as a standalone app. it works but in RR when phoco is configured this away and then when I accept the phone call my audio bridge isn't working and the "HANGUP_CALL_PHOCO" won't disconnect since it's in the audio-bridge of phoco?? So the question of the headset skin command is wanted and again forgive me for not finding this in the skin commands text file, I am reading it and now sleeping with the printed manuals..
Thanks in advance for any help.
To be more specfic is this tag here?
From phoco's remote-control whitepages:
Tag: <BTConnectHSP>
This command connects/disconnects a Headset / Audio gateway Profile. If BT is not used on this device or the device is unknown, you’ll get an “No Bluetooth configured!“ error.
Sample:
<PhoneControl.NET>
<BTConnectHSP device="My Phone">False</BTConnectHSP>
</PhoneControl.NET>
