Just added "PLAYLISTCOUNT" to my skin and it does not work with beta 11 – works with RR 11-27-05

wow, ok... so there have been many changes to the source. This will be made available once we have released the changes that are in these BETAs.

Ok, regarding the indicators. Ti-ejtsch: Please can you email me a zip of your skin so that I can test with it. Others have already tested this and it worked...

Chuck: Regarding PLAYLISTCOUNT: I shall take a look.

Tim: ARe you changing the code at all or can I go ahead and make changes?

Ok, here's an update:

Chuck: Regarding PLAYLISTCOUNT, the code is in there and has not changed so I'm not sure at present why this is not working.

Tim: I'm going to be releasing a BETA 11b. I shall provide you with the updated code as I think there are some changes you wanted to make.

Everyone: I shall release BETA 11b shortly. There are two major bugs that I've fixed:

- If the Gamma offset is set to 0 a divide by zero error occurs. This is why some have reported that the Auto GAmma is not working!
- The second problem is that when you have a night skin configured and you are using Auto GAmma it should change to the night skin. However, this previously did not work (RR repeated 'ightski' to you... emmm)

So, here is BETA 11b..

LOTS of nice changes:

- 3 stage gamma button (configurable through RRConfig)
- 3 stage skin button (configurable through RRConfig)
- fixed divide by zero problem
- added gpsskin indicator too (as well as gpsgamma indicator)
- Moved all skin / gamma settings to seperate window in RRConfig
- Added shufflevideo option (button / indicator)...

Big thanks to Chuck for working on the testing with me. We have done quite a lot so think that most if not all should be good now!

The only bug I know of is if you specify the gamma day time to be later than the night time...

Guino, for you man... whenever you like. I think we have got rid of most of the bugs. I want to double check that everyone is happy, and if so I'll pass them over to you. I did not want to do it too soon and end up having to make more changes!

i dont think mine is working either.. havent had a big play with it but it doesnt seem to me..

also, will RR make Freedrive switch to day and night?? and also will it record the last LAT & LOG so next time RR is started it will dim/brighten the screen before the gps software has opened??
