Yes you can, Jenny.
Add it to the startup folder? (basic windows stuff here)
This is real easy. Build a constant to momentary circuit with relay, resistor, capacitor, etc. Hook that up to your car's ACC line to detect power up. Then hook the other end up to the serial port on your computer. Install Girder. Have Girder detect signal from the serial port (Com 1) and fire up RR when there's a short.

Got it I had to change my winxp media view to classic view before I could see the startup icon. Thanks
