    RoadRunner and GPS??

    dont know if this should be in the GPS forum or here??


    If someone has already asked this im sorry and can somone post me a link up to the topic



    ok so...


    how do I get RR working with GPS - ive got auto route

    I thought it would be that I just browsed to the EXE file like the other things but its not like that....

    can anyone help?

    Take a look in the RR FAQs, I'm sure there will be full information in there, by the way, I think you need Mappoint not Autoroute, sorry.

    not a problem I can get mappoint.... does mappoint have english map? for UK basicly?

    Yeah I think so, failing that give freedrive a go, www.freedrive.co.uk which is based on Destinator 3.

    Autoroute is just the Euro version of Streets and trips right...so, just search for that. there is a BMV2 skin for it that.

    Yep... MapPoint exists for Europe. If you have MapPoint then just set this up in RRConfig and away you go.

    I've not tried this yet with autoroute.
    But one reply states that M$ s&t is the same as autoroute so should work.

    Have I been misled

    Coz I bought autoroute 2006 after reading that thread

    Streets and trips is indeed the same as Autoroute.

    MapPoint has the same product globaly. Also, mappoint is very similar to S&T and Autoroute, it's just that it also has an SDK on top it! (and some other bits and pieces).
