    Play without playlist?

I'm pretty new to RR, but figured that with its high userbase it must be good.

My only issue is the way music is selected. It seems that you have to go into the media directory, double click an album, the double click a song. It plays through the album then you go back into the media but have to come out of the album, choose another and double click a song. It just seems a bit long winded coming from Media Engine.

Maybe i just need to learn what all the buttons do, is there a guide or anything knocking about?

    Thanks for any info,

    Lewis

It really depends on what skin your using. RR is capable of handling music and browsing in so many ways that you just need to look around until you find one that you like. You can create, edit, save play-lists. browse by album art, directory browsing, single click play, add, delete... pretty much whatever you want. My advice would be to do some searching in the RR/RR Skin forums and if that doesn't turn up anything, have a look at the skincommands.txt. and see if there is anything that interests you.

Thanks for your reply. I didn't realise the skins could actually change the way things were done in RR. Figured that they just altered the looks.

On that note, im gonna get downloading every skin available and find one I like!

    Thanks again.
