sorry to hijack a little but, guino, where do you define the drive letter for DVD? I don't see it in RR.ini. Thanks.

you define it by the cdripcls.ini file.
There's no need for this setting since MPC auto-detects the DVD drive. The only CD Drive setting is on the CDRip..Originally Posted by b8bboi

The reason why I ask is I have several simulated "DVD drives" in my system using DeamonTools. Will MPC auto-detect that as well?
Man, I honestly don't know what the problem is there.. but I'm guessing it's got to do with something specific of your drive.. cause you should be seeing names like these in cdripcls.ini:Originally Posted by volum3rider

Actually it did when I had my two virtual drives still installed. I though that's what the probelm was so I uninstalled them and tried it again. It used to say [Samsung CD something] and drive [1]. Im working on this on my home computer. I'll try it on my carpc later and see if it works.
BOth of my drives in the home pc are ide. One Samsung burner and the other NEC DVD burner.
OK I finally got it to work. I downloaded the wnaspi32.dll file from nero and the tracks show up now. I guess mine was old. But when I hit rip all or rip one it doesn't do anything. Also am I able to preview the songs in the cdrip skin?
You need to make sure the Artist name, album name and genre all have info in them.
