Thread: Release new phoco integration preview

I finally upgraded to Phoco v1.7 and no problems so far. Though I haven't finished the SMS section/skins to do a full checkout.

I'm using Bluetooth as the com port entry but no audio gateway enabled as I have a Motorola single bluetooth connection only phone.

Is it possible to send the Audio gateway connection via a label/indicator (like a Headphone indicator) from a Phoco skin in RR??

What I mean, is once you connect, then activate the Headphone indicator for audio gateway, similar to the way that Phoco does. Then once the call is ended do a phone/com recycle, thus enabling the com port to communications again.

Robby, is there still no disconnect_headset button for users with bt one connection phones?

Hey guys,

I've been trying to get this working all of last night but no such luck.

Basically, I can get RoadRunner to talk to Phoco (as I can access my phone book, etc.) and some basic functionality exists but I have a couple of queries.

1. I can't get the Audio Gateway in RR to actually work. I have disabled it in Phoco and tried everything I can think of but nothin. It's actually muting quite randomly, etc.
2. When I call my mobile to test it's working, the wrong name is displayed on the Caller ID (bizarre I know).

I have tested it in Phoco independantly and everything works really well. Can't figure this one out at all.

Any suggestions?

Oh, I'm using the latest Version of Phoco, Widcomm 5.0.1.2500 and latest Road Runner release. I have also tried using the latest rr.exe you provided in this thread too but still nothin.

I've to make some tests, not sure if this is possible when PhoCo is in remote mode.

Try to delete the files "INTERNALPB.XML", "PHONEPB.XML" and "SIMPB.XML" in your RR directory or everywhere you have set the path to store phonebooks and phone information files in rr.ini, then restart RR with phoco embedded.

dunno if i should post this here or not but i've modified the source code on guino's site to accomidate Motorola phones and other phones with one bluetooth connection allowed. I've added a command called HSPDisconnect. The command terminates the headset connection and allows phoco to reconnect to the phone to close the call and receive the next call. Just add a button to your skin with the command "HSPDisconnect" and there ya go

Robby if you wanna add the command to your releases either send me your source or i can send you mind. I only changed a couple lines of code and i made notes.

New PhoCo integration 06-26-06 BETA
based on the last RR release (06-03-06)

In this release:

* Added confirmation when delete SMS or contacts stored in the internal phonebook. (You must have the confirm.skin in your skin folder).
* Improved commands "CLOSE_PHOCO" and "RESUME_PHOCO".
* Improved SMS to give support to new PhoCo 1.7 features.
* Fixed isue with flash lost transparencies (compiled with updated flash ocx).
* Added new feature to check if there's sms.skin and switch to it for the SMS command, otherwise it loads the sms list into the main phoco screen (Sonicxtacy request).
* Added command "HSPDisconnect" to terminates the headset connection and allows phoco to reconnect to the phone to close the call and receive the next call for Motorola phones and other phones with one bluetooth connection allowed. (Changes made by Sonicxtacy Thank you )
