Phoco will handle both BT and USB serial port type Phones. Not all phones in those categories though are compatible.
I would go to Phoco website and do a little research on your type of phone. I'm not sure if Phoco sells a stand-alone package as I thought he now sells it only bundle with other software??
The demo or trial version of Phoco will end up giving more problems than it is worth. The registered version can sometimes be a trial on your patience.

If you can get it, then I would recommend that you read this thread and Phoco's website forums "carefully"...

    thanks WFS1,

seems my phone is not compatible (old mode V325) and it's my company phone. I don't have my own phone - i don't bother.

i may consider (if i can) switching my phone model for the e815 which is bt and is on the compatibility list.

thanks again, i will read thru the forum and visit the phoco's site to learn more.

1.7 is downloadable from the website.

Trouble is how to register it.

I think you can maybe purchase a licence from carTFT.com.

Download trial from PhoneControl.net. Select the "Buy It" tab on the same site.
Select "Shareit" option, and buy the reg key from them. A license key will be issued by email within 24 hours.
    Thats how I got mine.

Phoco/RR, SMS, MC, RC, DC, etc.

Okay the following error was from improper SMS setup in phoco configuration
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------
11/14/2006 8:51:07 AM Exception in GetNewSMS: System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException: Length cannot be less than zero.
    Parameter name: length
    at System.String.Substring(Int32 startIndex, Int32 length)
at PhoneCtl.NET.PhoneControl.GetNewSMS(Int32 startPosition, Int32 smsIndex, Boolean processMagicWord)
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------
SO, if you're having problems with SMS then check these two entries; they have to be configured according to your phone type for mode, etc.
    <SMSTextmode toda="True" number="1" name="0" date="0"
    <ReadAllSMS command="+MMGL" category="ALL">True</ReadAllSMS>

    Also in the phonebook entries for the config of phoco;
I had to only enter "Tel" and "SIM", if I entered for MC, RC and DC, then while Phoco was running under RR my Missed Calls, Received Calls and Dialed Calls were not updating.. I tried about every way I could to leave these entries in phoco but I couldn't get any updated calls in RR. Leaving them out allowed the update of calls to work.
