In the menawhile robby can you explain me how exactly RR handles the connection to the phone and the TCP conection to phoco...(i mean when does it connect, when does it disconnect, how often does it try to reconnect..etc OR does phoco handle the connection to the phone part??) it would help me to narrow down the problem..

EDIT: and a question(i should be asking zorro..but there it is) does phoco stop trying to connect after x times when exitifinitfails = false ???..

for example.. when i start my carpc..and phoco connects..(ok untill now) then i get out of the car and enter a supermarket

(and bluetooth connecion is lost due to distance) does phoco try to reconnect??....(how many times??) and if i come back to the car after 10 minutes will it reconnect??..(from my experience untill now it will not..i would have to close RR and restar it (in order to restart phoco)...
And one more thing.. before suspending Does RR send a "ONSUSPEND","CLOSE_PHOCO"
"ONRESUME","RESUME_PHOCO" by default, or does it just disconnect phoco..? i guess closing it will solve many things.. or do i have to add it manually in exectbl.ini

The BT connection to the phone is handled exclusively by PhoCo even when the PC enters in hibernation as Zorro has suggested to me because it may interfere with the (Broadcom) Bluetooth Manager and therefore PhoCo will hang, however if you have some problem with this, you can try to add ONSUSPEND","CLOSE_PHOCO" and "ONRESUME","RESUME_PHOCO" in your exectbl.ini. PhoCo tries to reconnect the phone every time the connection is lost, the only thing I recommend you is to set ExitIfInitFails to False in your PhoCo configuration.

robby, i allready have tried ONSUSPEND","CLOSE_PHOCO" and "ONRESUME","RESUME_PHOCO" for a week now and i believe it has solved all the hibernation problems.. (except that my tray is filled with phoco icons - as the icon does not refresh)

) no problem there as the icons are inactive and disappear as soon as as i click on them..

now something that happened yesterday is that i initiated a call from RR and then as soon as my call was answered, the "call out" skin disappeared, and music started to play for 4-5 seconds, then it reappeared and music stopped again.. any ideas why.. i am using your latest beta..

It sounds like a timeout. When a call is established the cell phone rise from time to time an "in call" event, unfortunately some times the phone delays too much time between two "in call" events so it causes RR exiting from the "call out" skin. How much often it happens?

some other things i noticed
1. when a call is initiated by the phone... phoco does not sense that..
2. when watching TV (cinergy 600) and have an incoming event.. i don't know but i think it changed channels automatically??

another thing i noticed is that phoco is not aware of a call if it is initiated by the phone..and it has a big delay when call is answered or terminated by the phone aswell..
