having a remote just simulate keypresses to the application "on focus" never works well.. I'm not sure how you're testing those key-simulations but if anything, you should run the keycode tool included in RR and see what keycodes you should associate the commands with in keytbl.ini... I'm not sure what you've done so far but it would definitely help us help you if you posted more details on what you've done (with keytbl.ini etc)..

    37,"CTRLLEFT"
    38,"CTRLUP"
    39,"CTRLRIGHT"
    40,"CTRLDOWN"
    13,"CTRLEXEC"
    88,"PLAY"
    90,"PREV"
    67,"STOP"
    86,"PAUSE"
Well i notice the it works perfectly pressing those keys in the keyboard but when i press the remote keys it acts as i was pressing some other key, i guess i have to play with all the combinations of keys to see if i get them right,, or if i find a keycode tool the tell me what and pressing from any input like mouse, remote, joystick or what ever....in other words to be able to see what the computer sees as what it thinks i'm pressing, and from there just assing to what i want it to do!

FFWD should be the same command both for audio and for videos as far as I know. It's basically the same effect as "!RRNEXT" and "!RRPREV"

There isn't a command that does FFWD in both audio and video. Define your own command in ExecTBL.ini like this

    Code:
    "MY_FFWD", "NEXT", video_player.skin
    "MY_FFWD", "FFWD"
