    MEM tag showing 165%

Why does the MEM tag show memory percentage higher than 100% ? Is it getting that percentage based on physical and virtual or something similar?

    it should show:
    (AvailablePhysicalMemory + AvailablePageFile) / (PageFileSize + TotalPhysicalMemory) * 100

My only guess is if you have set your virtual memory to system managed or with a high maximum size, but very low minimum size (which is actually what's allocated on disk), then the available page file might be reported more than the actual page file size, thus the wrong %.
