Did u set the right path in RRconfig at external GPS? Otherwise check the skin.ini of both skins if there's a location path for freedrive in the skin.ini
I have freedrive installed on my carpc and freedrive as an external gps software. When i launch gps thru idrive(i didn't try any other skin yet) idrive doesn't find my location. I exit both applications and first start freedrive before it shows up fullscreen i start idrive and click on navigation again and it works fine embedded. It doesn't launch the same application again i guess cause it appears very fast.
It works embedded at least. What am i doing wrong. Can anyone help me out of this?

you definitely have the wrong path or command loading FD.. check your GPS options in RRConfig and if you can't figure it out on your own, post your settings so we know what to tell you.

There is nothing wrong with path cause path works.
Freedrive launches but it can't define my location. If you install first time freedrive without any map you see johnsons house, right? Well if i launch freedrive with rr freedrive behaves exactly same but i see last target on screen instead of johnson's house. My gps settings are correct (com3 4000).
I'll try to manage it out tomorrow. I let you know if i find something.
I solved the issue
comport was set right on freedrive but if you launch freedrive with road runner, rr changes the settings as long as rr runs and if you exit road runner and run only freedrive, freedrive settings are set back to previous version.
