    WeatherUpdater application

    I have some trouble with gif file (http://www.mp3car.com/vbulletin/show...9&postcount=60). The trouble is next: RR is show gif file, but don't scale it. For this reason, I develop attached app. May be, it be interest for any other. The description in Readme_en.txt, but sorry for my english.
