Be useful for things like OSK's. I have recently spent ages trying to get OSK's working how I want them, and I'll bet I am not alone in this. Also I have been playing with Rainlendar which seems a good tool, and hope to be posting a Rainlendar skin soon.
Being able to pick and mix "functions / apps / tools" would be really useful.
