You mean the fading image option? That's different. I'm only talking about screen transitions.

Im talking about the fading transition.

if you set transition=0 in RR.ini then you get the fading effect between various screens, DVD/Music/Radio etc

Notes:

-If your pictures are not proportional -- double check that the screen ratio option in RRConfig match your monitor's PHYSICAL aspect ratio -- I tested this relatively well.

-You can make many screens to display the pictures in different sizes, using the same "PICTURE" indicator.

-There's no rotation feature, this is not a picture editor it's a picture viewer, fix your images and they'll display correctly whenever you want to show them off, there is however a nice command line utility you can use to do this automatically if you'd like: www.imagemagick.org

my buttons stopped working after installing the new release. seems as though the embedded application (Iguidance for eg.) is not "on top" anymore, so it doesnt get the commands when a button is clicked. same problem with the music buttons... any1 would happen to know why ?

no wait a minute.. you do have a remote don't you?? with power DVD you need 1 button for play/pause, 2 buttons for RW/FW, and 1 button for Title menu.. thats it.. i have a touch screen but i use my remote as well

just modify your skin..i am using BMV2 but the power dvd skin was not correct for the latest Power dvd version ( the keyboard shortcuts) so i fixed it

I have also notice in this release that my mouse pointer disappears without the option being set.

I do have a remote.. kinda: on my steering wheel. original buttons are mapped as 4 cursor arrows and Enter key, plus volume (+/-).
Thats why I appreciate interface with tabbed browsing support, such as RR is) except DVD interface.

may be we sould move the discusion to an "input device" thread

but what you could do is use just on button on thr Remote to cycle through everything (AUDIO, RADIO, VIDEO, DVD, GPS...Etc) and have the rest of the buttons just do different things in each screen.. try using GIRDER to tranfer "mouse left clicks" to spacific buttons (which don't have to be visible...small really small) which will have the same location in all your different skins but will have different commands asociated to them..
