    small feature req: reloadini command

I'm not sure if its easily done but if possible i'd like to request the ability to reload the ini without having to restart rr. This would be particularly useful with the weather or any features that require drive paths. For instance, with this feature we could change the city for weather info on the fly with an external script, or better yet by reading gps data (i've made a script for on the fly). We could also manage removable media this way for music, videos, and now pictures. Imagine having the pathlist for your music folder automatically change when removeable media is inserted then reset when its removed. I think with this feature it would make RR alot more flexible (given that its already the BEST, most flexible front end out there now ).

This is not that simple.. I wanted to add that, but the only real way of making any modified settings effective in RR is to unload it and reload it again.. basically it would be a "RELOADRR" command which virtually would unload and reload everything. If the full reload is not done, settings that involve skins/paths etc, would not become effective as they were already in use.

There was a version with the reloadinis command, that I did couple of weeks ago. Never had problems with this, but it wasn't put into the code by guino.
