Thread: Problems embedding GPS application properly

I've read all the faq's and searched all the posts and can't get this to work right. I'm embedding street atlas 2004 into my skin but I'm having problems getting it to "stick". I can get it to open my GPS skin and start SA from the menu, but SA always opens to whatever size I had the window set to previously (usually full screen). I end up with a clipped RR window overlaying a full screen SA program that is in a seperate window. Also, if I close or exit the GPS.skin, it appears to close SA and if I then click on the GPS button again it doesn't re-open. And, in Task Manager it still shows StreetAtlas under the processes tab. What do I need to do to get it to embed in the RR window? Here's how I have it setup:

Also, I want to keep SA running in the background when I switch to audio or video or whatever else. I don't want it to have to reload every time I go to the GPS skin. How can I make this happen? What is the difference between the EXIT command and the CLOSE command?

Do I need to do anything special to make the SA application close when I exit RR or will it do so automatically?
