ok. Yeah, I saw that (I'm using the 12/2/09 version) but it didn't make any difference whether iGnative was checked or not. I mean, it works, and it looks "ok" but would be nicer if it didn't have its menu bar which makes it look like a windows program is running rather than a native nav.

I did find that there is a "GPS" button from the Sirius screen (why, I don't know). When using this then it gets rid of the menu bar. I discovered this late last night so I have yet to look into what's different, but the answer is probably in there.

I think you need to double check some settings.
first - window name should be 'iGuidance' - small i, big G
second - what skin are you using?

    1: Yes, it was iGuidance.
    2: skin = simplistique

The answer was in calling the application. Apparently you have to call it with just the "GPS" command in order to utilize the now-built-in ignative, which also uses the external gps skin (instead of the iguidance skin). I was calling it with "LOAD;IGUIDANCE.skin;iGuidance;C:\Program Files\iNav\iGuidance\iGuidanceUMPC.exe;!Intellinav WCls!iGuidance"

It's all detailed more on this thread which I also posted to.

    tnx,
