Thread: RR and Iguidance v3

I'm sorry, but that thread doesn't help me very much. I'm not a programmer. I'm looking for a detailed guide for someone that has little to no knowledge of programming.

Yes, I understand there are all these programs to embed iGuidance. What I'm asking for are some detailed instructions how to use the programs. I am not a programmer, so could you please present the material for a non-programmer mind.

I think the majority of people here including myself are not programers. I know I have no programming skills at all. However, setting up a carputer takes the wilingness to learn a ton of new stuff. I have taken hours and hours to search for then read and re read everything to get things working right. I think you will meet strong resistance and heavy flaming if you try to get others to set up your system for you or spoon feed the info to you. Generaly, the people who write these programs do post enough of a setup instruction to get you going. That being said, good luck getting this to work for you.

Maybe I should rephrase, the instruction/guides that have I have found through are unclear to me. I've download different versions of iGLaunch, SKINbedder, and Igmon; I've spent countless hours trying differnt config and scripts, but no avail. There is something I'm missing in my trials, but I can not figure it out. I finally decided to make post to get some more clear/detailed instructions. Please, I'm asking for some help. If some would like to help me I would greatly appreciate it.

IMO Iguidance 3 is quite auto-friendly as is with the UMPC version. It's quite useable with just the default configuration, no loaders necessary. Are you having trouble embedding it in road runner or are you looking for a specific enhancement?

All right, here is a spoonfull.
Download iGLaunch and place it into C:\Program Files\iNav\iGuidance
Copy and paste this into Notepad and save it as iGLaunch.ini and place it in the same directory.
