jerky slow scrolling names in RR

What could be the cause of jerky slow scrolling names in RR.If I close RR and only use winamp it is fine.Tried searching without any sucess.

Flash problem?
driver issue?

Make sure you do not have a port listed in RR.ini for XM. RR continues to look for data and causes slow performance if no tuner is found.

That was it.
I disconnected my Sirius tuner when I was moving things around.I Hooked it back up now everything is better.

It happens for the GPS as well. Set the GPS Port to 0 if you do not have one connected. Otherwise RR will freeze for about 1-2 sec every now and then when it trys to communicate with the GPS.
