    It is not "gpsgas" anymore, change it to "gaspricefinder". I did explained why I had to change it. Please read beginning of the thread.

    Per agreement with lostreception I had to rename the skin and some of the skin commands. Anybody who downloaded previous release please checks your skins.

    Evolution - gaspricefinder native and skins...

    Evolution -

    Can you dabble around with the app in a few more skins. I have a few hours in on trying it with LSX (not Void just basic LSX) and seem to be having issues. Trust me I went thru all the basic stuff, fresh skin, exectbl verified, and the app oddly seems to have issues. For the most part the skin will load upon button set - but the ZIP will not bring up the numosk and I even moved the numosk from BMV over.

    So I have a native BMV skin, and LSX skin - super raw/fresh, and one will work and the other not.... I am going to keep working on it but if you could please?

    2 other things -

    1 - Is your sort mechanism $ or location (and maybe we could adjust this?)

    2 - Any plans of routing in IG vs mappoint or in addition to

    Thanks again for the work....

    Did you try to copy skin that included in the zip file to your LSX skin folder? Did it worked? Send me the sking you created for LSX I'll take a look.

    I'll have to work with someone who knows IG.

    Evolution - Chuck? --- GPS Gas Price Finder...

    Evolution - let me work thru it....

    I think Chuck has something he's on to.... Chuck? It sounds very kewl what you are doing and read back thru your data.... I still would like to understand and assume once I see it will make more sense. You ultimately pass the data as a label to a button then somehow pass the coordinates on press to IG as a destination?

    Evolution - is your data sorted based upon $ or proximity to the GPS coordinates and is this adjustable.

    My thanks...

    I think the next official RR release will contain native GasPriceFinder and Native IG support. What I meant to say that I'll have to work with developer(s) of the native IG in RR to natively pass data to IG, just like I'm passing data to MapPoint. I never used IG

    The results are sorted by price and then by distance. It is not adjustable. However, thanks for an idea. For the next release I will add custom sorting.

    The only thing I am doing is displaying the address I pick from gas to the label in IG skin so I can manually type it in.

    Here are the skins I have now

    Don’t forget my skins are 1024x768 and you will have to move stuff around

    ExecTBL.ini

    /,------------------------- Gas Price Finder-----------------------
    "gaspricefinder","BYVAR;GASPAGE;GPSPAGE1<<GPSPAGE2 "
    "GPSPAGE1","LOAD;GAS_PRICEFINDER.SKIN||SETVAR;GASP AGE;0"
    "GPSPAGE2","LOAD;GAS_PRICEFINDER2.SKIN||SETVAR;GAS PAGE;1"

    EDIT

    Don’t forget to add the label with the track name in your ig.skin - the same as in this skin

    Working fine here Evolution ---

    I would honestly say bare minimum would be mileage tag, and mileage sort. Reason being is that if you are traveling it could cover a pretty wide range of where the stations are. Even at home-base here, the stations listed as 1 are pretty far away.

    I am sure you are focused on stability - then add as you mentioned but those items to me would be key. The one item I could not get working was the Update Tag -- so I know when it refreshed and if it did.

    Nice work - will look for more but "thanks" .... Toss in a NativeMovieTimes in your spare time ;-)

    Well now I have it setup so when I hit a station it will load iGuidance skin put station name, address and distant in the track name label and bring up the POI list with gas stations.

    So I just go down the list and match the station name and distance and chances are thatís the one.
