I could not reproduce this problem. But Iíll try it again.Evo ---
OK - so from experience I knew how to break this, and how to fix it. However - I hit a snag with my CarPC now again and did a complete rebuild. Clearly I know where the files should be - they are all in place - but I can get no data either by ZIP or by GPS.
I simply had my internet off for a while and just am getting things situated again. The GPS does display the proper zip (I am using BMV all virgin stuff)...
My in house PC/Laptop works flawless. Oddly - I even copied this install to the CarPC - same issue.
Here is what is odd......
- When the PriceFinder runs it seems to be building a 1K file dated 8-6-06
- I tested for grins tossing a gpsgas.html file to it and loaded on the CarPC (meaning it read it).
- Upon refresh no-go? Not manual ZIP nor GPS....
Is it possible there is a call to an old DLL or something is occuring. I've tried about 5 different EXE's that work no problem on my LaptopPC but on the CarPC and complete rebuild no-go.
Advice sir? It looks like a few others still had an issue but maybe the resolution was something different?...... Why that 8-6-06 GPSGAS.html file at 1K is being created seems a tad odd.
Thx for any help?
