Guino, I don't know if this is a VW (Bug) or not. I have two Radio Player Skins, one for Radio and one for Radio Navigation. If I select the radio skin and change the frequency to say 101.1 it will stay there and play just fine. BTW the darn thing works marvelous. So, now I click the Navigation button and it loads the other Radio Player skin and embedds IG3. But in the same time it will change my frquency to the first one in the Preset List and I have to change the station manually back where it was before. Look at those two screen shots. Can we make it so it does not change the station?
One more thing...
Is it possible to LOAD the INTERNAL PHONE BOOK in the contacts skin without PhoneControl.net running, so it is always shows my contacts?
yeah, he's right about that, basically, when you're loading the new skin, RR is "selecting" the first item in the list (and that's causing it to change the frequency). Although, looking at the code, I'm not sure why it's doing that since it has preventions against changing the station.
From what I remember the internal phonebook used to display without phoco running, maybe Robby Changed it at some point.
Currently I've started to work on an advanced Cinergy 600 support (stereo indicator, automatic search of alternative frequency, traffic announcement, program type indicator, RF signal slider, etc etc), and playing with the radio player I've noticed the same issue even if you set a screen limit in RR.ini (f.e. screenlimit=3) and navigate across the screens, when you go back to the radio player, the frequency will be changed to the first one in the preset list.
In connection with the problem of the internal phonebook, I'll fix it in the next release.
