Video crashing, formats m2v mpeg2 etc??

Hey guys...ive been running my video player in road runner with LSX skin for awhile, and decided to add some of my dvd rips aka m2v files. I am really startin to have a problem with them. Once i load the formats into roadrunner they work..but everything starts to go wrong. For some reason all of the songs dont shuffle anymore..they just go by alphabetical order....they take alot longer to run..and now today once i loaded some new vids...the player just froze..so now everytime i go into the video player the screen just freezes and i have to reset the comp. Any suggestions?...i was tihnkin about reinstalling winamp or sometihng..but if i dont i cant download the codecs for the vids cause i dont have an internet connection in the car. please let me know fi anyone has had trouble with these formats and or/freezing.

Delete videos.m3u and video.ini and try again. This is most definitely a codec issue. On a side note, nothing that you can possibly do in the video player will/should affect the way the music playback works, double check your shuffle indicator in RR and if it is ON, minimize RR and relaunch Winamp to see what winamp says the shuffle mode is at.

ok i got the codecs working and they all work...only thing is its not shuffling...i checked the rr.ini and made sure that videoshuffle=on..and they still just go in order. Then i tried going into winamp...first time in classic and made sure that it was on shuffle...by pressing S then trying it out and its fine...then i went into modern winamp..but i dont like using the modern because it pops up when roadrunner starts...so im using classic player. Any suggestions on making it random?
