2k1Toaster, I don't think McaFee has that option.

Another reason not to use it!
"McAfee Active Defense Suite" does it from what I read, but not the cheapo home version.
Not sure how bright/dumb Mcafee is, but you can try to set the file to have different permissions, like read only even for admins and such. But if it is even worth the value of the disk it came on, that shouldnt stop it.
i have mcafee on all of my computers (the free "comcast" version) and never have a problem with RR installs. There's gotta be SOMETHING you can do.
I'm using mcAfee Enterprise 8.5i version. That option the above post seems to nowhere i can find.
when i turn all the "action" if treats is found - off, the installation did completed, however, still, RoadRunner.exe cannot run (execute) because McAfee block it.
:tard:
Maybe you should do a google search for the product manual, then look at section 5 on page 36...specifically the "Excluding Unwanted Programs" on page 39...
...then think about how much time you would have saved yourself if you'd just done that in the first place...
Now thats what I'm talking about!!

I just tried downloading the RR file with the updater but my Avast! AV software says it is infected with a Trojan. Has anyone else noticed this or had this probelm?
