The built in support in RR for station art is done by saving files with the frequency number in a RadioArt\ sub-folder.. like 10350.gif (for 103.50 FM) and so on.. Currently this is is a somewhat superfluous feature, and the only way to set those up is by saving whatever images for stations you'd like to use manually into that folder. To do a feature where you hold-to-store a preset for the radio frequencies is easy, even to store a name for the station.. to actually display the images on the side of the button, you have some options:
-You can simply have the user save an image for each button, like 1.gif thru 16.gif for up to 16 presets, and then just have those images preset to load with the IMG definition in your skin. The user then would save the desired images whenever saving the album art images for the built-in feature of RR (or instead of doing that -- at choice of the user)
-You can make indicators on the side of the preset buttons (NOT INSIDE), and have them display the image for the frequency in question, by using variables that you'd save when saving the preset frequency/names. Something like this:
This adds a fair amount of complexity to it all, but should work... you can even add a dynamic label onto the button and display the OSK so the user names the button and save it to the skin.ini in the same fashion.. but everything still depends on the images being available.
Really it just depends on how you want the user to select the images.. you could even provide a set of images if you wanted, and then allow the user to pick from them.
