Besides Vista support, I have noticed more stability and more rapidity.

This advanced Cinergy support is no longer Beta
It's integrated in the last RR official release

    robby i have an idea..
since you have the "RSIGNAL", i think it is possible to have RR switch from stereo to mono on bad signal...exactly as HU's do?
by the way how does RSIGNAL is measured..is it a var from 1 to 10 for example??

As far as I know, the hardware should do this automatically and proportionately.
However, the Terratec API provides the received signal strength measure in a range of 0 to 15.

    Hi Robby,
    this mod is fantastic!!!!
I've just finished my skin for the advanced features support!
...I want to implement another features...
..I dream to be able to put un the 8 preset button the logos of the stations programmed...
    ..better:
for example I like Radio DeeJay so I tune the station then hold press the button "preset 1" and it memorise that station and show the "Radio DeeJay" logo on that button and not just the number 1 of the preset stations...
...is there a possibility to do it with that mod?

You should be able to do that.. this "mod" is now in the official RR release, so it's just a matter of simply using it.

    ...hi Guino,
    I know...
...but how can I do that?
I like to have a button with the art logo of the station memorised in...
that logo has to be able to change in function of the station...
what sort of command (or combination of command) do I have to use?

The built in support in RR for station art is done by saving files with the frequency number in a RadioArt\ sub-folder.. like 10350.gif (for 103.50 FM) and so on.. Currently this is is a somewhat superfluous feature, and the only way to set those up is by saving whatever images for stations you'd like to use manually into that folder. To do a feature where you hold-to-store a preset for the radio frequencies is easy, even to store a name for the station.. to actually display the images on the side of the button, you have some options:

-You can simply have the user save an image for each button, like 1.gif thru 16.gif for up to 16 presets, and then just have those images preset to load with the IMG definition in your skin. The user then would save the desired images whenever saving the album art images for the built-in feature of RR (or instead of doing that -- at choice of the user)

-You can make indicators on the side of the preset buttons (NOT INSIDE), and have them display the image for the frequency in question, by using variables that you'd save when saving the preset frequency/names. Something like this:

    Code:
    I01,0,0,100,100,"FILE;$FMPST1$"
    B01,150,0,100,100,"FMPRESET;PRESET1", @SETVARBYCODE;FMPST1;ALBUMART||SAVETOSKIN;FMPST1;$FMPST1$||!FMPRESET;PRESET1@
This adds a fair amount of complexity to it all, but should work... you can even add a dynamic label onto the button and display the OSK so the user names the button and save it to the skin.ini in the same fashion.. but everything still depends on the images being available.

Really it just depends on how you want the user to select the images.. you could even provide a set of images if you wanted, and then allow the user to pick from them.
