Still having RR touch screen issues.

Periodically my touch screen will not work in RR. I can hit the mouse on my keyboard and that works and will also start the touch screen working again till I change screens a few time and it starts back again.

It is a Lilliput screen with the latest drivers

    Latest release of RR

I shortened the USB cable just to be safe

It always works fine in windows

    I use the BMV2 skin

Can anyone please help me out with suggestions it is driving me nuts plus its not safe reaching back for my keyboard!!!!! Thanks all

Unless a setting in RR is trying to access the same com port that the TS is on, I find it hard to believe RR is causing a problem with your TS. First, are you sure it works fine in Windows with out RR?

Check the RR ini file, and make sure no com port settings for anything are set to the same com port as your TS.

Maybe someone else has an idea.

I have never had the left click function not work in windows.

Another thing I need to mention is that is takes a right click on the keyboard a left click will not help get it working again

A "right click on the keyboard a left click will not help get it working again"

    What does that mean?

Did you look at the RR ini like I suggested?

You have to see what com port your TS is on, and then you have to look at the rr.ini file in the rr folder (or use RR config), and see if any of the settings in the file are set to the same com port.

Hopefully that isn't too difficult for you.

the easiest way to check would be to just open RRConfig and set all the com ports to zero, start RR and if your touchscreen goes out still.

Checking for this on your work computer that dosnet have a touchscreen is pretty much useless, windows will not show you information for devices that are not present. The com port that the touchscreen uses is found in the settings to config the touchscreen.
