addition of parameters to a load command?

Is there any way to add parameters to the exe file in a load command ?
    ie:

    B17,271,138,256,112,"LOAD;XXX.SKIN;WINDOWNAME;C:\W INDOWS\myapp.exe c:\My docs\file.ext;WINDOWNAME",""

    <C:\WINDOWS\myapp.exe C:\My docs\file.ext> In the example myapp.exe
loads a document located somewhere with any extension.

I have tried several ways and it doesnt work.
