Nav: MS Street and trips 2007 fully compatible with RR??

Is it fully compatible and has support from RR??

I'm learing toward Streets and Trips 2007 vs. Iguidance since it's much cheaper. I just don't feel like spending 100+ on a navigation software if it only has slight advantages. With that said, anyone has experience with the streets and trips 2007 with a RR front end? Which skins do you use??

My gps receiver isn't here yet, so I can't test it out. But, I'll report back to this thread on the progress of RR and Streets and trips 2007.

S&T stinks (IMHO), If I had to choose I'd get IG (even though I've never even seen it). IF you want tight integration you'll have to go with Mappoint, FreeDrive or MapMonkey.

Hmm...i guess S&T gets mixed reviews?
What exactly don't you like about it??

I didn't state this in the first post, but I need something up-to-date and rerouting option. I really don't care for 3d maps or voice guidance. Point of Interests would be a great addition too. Other than that, I don't really require much.
Do you guys have anything to suggest that is affordable? (free would be great!)

When I say it stinks I mean for Touchscreen use... Get a mouse and keyboard on the machine and it's a prefectly decent application -- though, probably still not the best for in-car use.

So I guess inputing the destinations via touchscreen would be difficult??

I'll look into other options. Thanks

Only Google Earth with cached imagery or live internet connection supports sattelite imagery (That is, regarding solutions available for RR).
