various internal java source references leading up to calling actionPerformed resulting in clicking "Start". Of course the source isn't available so I have no idea what this error is. Could you look at it and see if you know what's going on? Thanks, if I can get it to work it looks like it'll be great.

Intresting. what i first see is that if you are converting from a source besides iTunes, it needs to not be txt, as if Windows Media Player is in use, must be an ASX. winamp must be M3u. If you PM with you AIM i can contact you for further assistance.

Okay folks i have released the source code for the program. Feel free to take a look and hopefully if you have issues it may help the troubleshooting process. Again i will be more than glade to help troubleshoot

thanks for that, i actually understand what it does better now, think ill give it a try. I fall into the "I dont want to create playlist on a tiny screen" category.

I 100% agree with that! I like to create the playlists on my desktop PC. The problem was that they did not work when transfered to the car, with the different music paths. This small app has let me create all my playlists on the desktop, and convert them to the correct path to work on my CarPC.
