Keep Spawned Windows in Foreground after Application Launch?

Does anybody know if there's a way to keep new windows spawned by embedded applications in the foreground? I open several applications in RR using the .ini files I have included in the RR launch folder. The applications seem to embed pretty well, but whenever I do anything within the embedded application that launches a new window, the new window is immediately hidden in the background. An example of this is Outlook. Outlook embeds quite well, but if I open an email message the window containing the email message quickly becomes hidden in the background.

Any idea how to prevent this? Is it related to the "flashing" issue that Guino mentions in the embedding FAQ?

    Thanks in advance.
